would definitely go back
The double room en suite was comfy and warm. It had a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for tea or coffee, which was perfect after a long day exploring. The staff were super friendly and helped with any requests. Located close to metro and city center, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was decent with good variety.

The hotel layout is confusing!!! The bathrooms weren't consistently clean, and the walls need a serious scrub. Sound insulation is terrible, so expect to be woken by loud guests at all hours!!!

Friendly staff who assisted with shower issues.
Shower was barely warm, making it uncomfortable.

The Express had lovely clean rooms, and the staff were as welcoming as family at a holiday gathering, making me feel truly at home. The accessibility features like handrails were quite reassuring for a senior woman like myself.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the nearby outlet shopping and exploring Newcastle. The hotel was clean and well-located, with friendly staff. Plus, they were accommodating to our small dog, making our trip even easier.
In my kids’ opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities in the hotel.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09spacious roomgood locationhigh noise levelssafety concernspoor cleanliness
The family room offered ample space and was conveniently located just a short drive from the city center. noise levels from the main road were disruptive, and the bathroom window lock was broken, raising safety concerns. Despite the comfortable setup, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations, with hairs and crumbs found on the bed sheets.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
I enjoyed a restful night despite initial concerns. The staff greeted me warmly, making check-in a breeze. The en suite facilities were clean, and I appreciated the convenience of nearby dining options. Ask for quieter rooms away from the main road to ensure peaceful rest.

I had a pleasant time finding my way around, enjoying the scenic parks during my walk to the metro station. My stay was mainly for convenience, and I found the staff helpful during my visit. I was able to keep my bag at the front desk before check-in.
The room lacked basic maintenance with a broken cabinet door and cleanliness was an issue. The pillows provided were flat and uncomfortable.

The state of the room was shocking. it was not cleaned properly, with dust and hair everywhere, and there were disturbing items left behind by previous guests. The bathroom lock was broken, adding to a disheartening experience. On a brighter note, the staff at reception were polite, and the area had lovely parks for a scenic walk to the metro.
