we stayed in a family executive room and it was spacious, with sofas that made our stay comfortable. the location was close to the national express coach station, which was super convenient. the standard of accommodation was beyond what we expected from a budget hotel. definitely a pleasant surprise!

The staff were super friendly and helped with any requests. Located close to metro and city center, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was decent with good variety.

The hotel layout is confusing!!! The bathrooms weren't consistently clean, and the walls need a serious scrub. Sound insulation is terrible, so expect to be woken by loud guests at all hours!!!

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the nearby outlet shopping and exploring Newcastle. The hotel was clean and well-located, with friendly staff. Plus, they were accommodating to our small dog, making our trip even easier.

In my kids’ opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities in the hotel.

the walk from the hotel to the metro station at gateshead went through lovely and scenic parks. The nearby baltic centre for contemporary art was a perfect stop to enjoy some incredible exhibitions during my weekend exploration.

The state of the room was shocking. it was not cleaned properly, with dust and hair everywhere, and there were disturbing items left behind by previous guests. The bathroom lock was broken, adding to a disheartening experience. On a brighter note, the staff at reception were polite, and the area had lovely parks for a scenic walk to the metro.
